Do not expect - Appraisals, Salary Hikes, Experience Letter (that's not in their policy), Response to Emails, 401K Employer contribution, Recognition for any hard work put on client site, to be part of STG team (very less chances of knowing your co-workers within STG), awards, motivation, career growth, technology training.
