Bad management, managers/team lead don't have any experience in their profession. They were promoted just because they've stayed the longest, but lacked in skills. - slow response when it comes to requesting for your documents. Tried to sent an email, 1 month later still no response. -everything about this company is bad. -if you're reading this, better not apply for any role in this company. Try to look for a much better company because you deserve a higher pay, a good environment, professional team leads/managers and someone who'll appreciate your work.
