Pros

I have been working here for a little more than two years, and I have to say that this is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The people are amazing and genuinely care about the best interests of their employees. They are always open to feedback and suggestions and are quick to address my concerns that may arise. The company offers cool packages with nice salaries, benefits, and bonuses. I feel that I am compensated fairly, and I was given opportunities for growth within the company. Depending on the project, the work is challenging, but it's also rewarding. I love that I am constantly learning new things and being challenged to push myself to new heights.

Cons

Currently, most of the projects are based on Java, and while that's great, I think it would be nice to see more projects based on Kotlin or Scala. Also, while the company has some larger clients, I would like more medium-sized clients added to the portfolio. It can be frustrating at times when we are constantly working on large-scale projects, and I think it would be nice to have more variety in the types of projects we work on.

Cons

-Limited client variety restricts professional growth and learning. -Salaries are generally below industry standards, with little room for financial or career advancement. -Management is often disorganized, with poor communication and follow-through. -Promises regarding promotions, raises, and other opportunities are frequently made but rarely honored. -Salary management lacks transparency and professionalism, which creates frustration and mistrust.
