Pros

• Impressive surroundings and resources. • Being part of a large company gives you access to interesting work — as long as you can convince a director it’s their idea.

Cons

• Many colleagues annd managers end up acting as the voices for directors, but don’t believe or understand the messaging. • The culture feels outdated — wouldn’t be surprised if shirts and ties make a comeback. • Strategy seems focused solely on helping directors hit their budgets, no matter how unrealistic the promises they’ve made. • Leadership complains about how tough things are… usually from the comfort of their high-end cars. • Peakon doesn’t drive change — it feels like no one is really listening. • Promises made about team get-togethers and basic things like food haven’t materialised. • Head office is fragmented — communication is poor.

The team were generally great, good facilities

Cons

Managers have created terrible atmospheres and for the wage they are on they should be leading by example.
