Extremely difficult environment to work in from a sales perspective. No investment in marketing which means sales do all the leg work and get the worst of it. Zero sales goals are laid out so management can decide when "targets aren't being met" when they like. Serious anger issues from a key member of the leadership, screaming, cursing, and leaving meetings like a child.
