      The staff at T Bar M was phenomenal when I worked there, I was always treated with respect.

      Sometimes a member can be rude but that wasn’t a big deal for me.

      T Bar M is filled with great employees, whether that's coaches, maintenance personnel, or management. The environment is laid back yet professional, and is a great place if you've decided on this area for your career.

      Cons

      Things are very slow to adapt and change, and some of the equipment on premises is a bit antiquated.
