I worked for a short period at Tkmaxx medowbank. It was made a lot more stressful than it should have been due to team leaders being rude and patronising. I hated going to work as the team leaders were constantly scrutinising the staff and there was no sense of friendliness between the colleges. I was simply an 8 hour contract but was given any hours they decided to give me. They would not consent me about what days or i would just receive the rota a week in advance. As friendly as the store appears it is an unpleasant and stressful environment when it could be so simple and enjoyable. I wouldn't not ever recommend a job at tkmaxx if you are looking for enjoyable structured shifts .
