Pros
As soon as your shift was done you could leave straight away Duties were simple enough and pretty mindless Some bonus' here and there (but that was during lockdown) Most managers nice Flexible hours
Cons
Most people are on 12 hour contracts, unless you work there +3 years and then you could become a team leader and go up to 30 hours a week, which is not ideal if you're looking for hours. The changeover is crazy, because higher management (store manager) aren't good at what they do. The whole place is very cliquey Difficult to change shifts if you can't make it
