Toxic - Associate T.K. Maxx Employee Review

I was a longtime employee. While there were periods of time when things went smoothly, my overall experience was an attempt to navigate an environment filled with toxicity and bullying. My last year there was a living nightmare, and I'm still recovering from CPTSD and going to counselling for what was done to me. I think managers could do with some training on how to treat employees with basic respect and human decency. The fallout from my last year at TK Maxx and how I left there has changed how I view people in general - and not for the better. I wish I had never worked there.
