At the beginning you get an 8 hour contract (having all the shifts in the evening which is disappointing for your lifestyle) with the possibility to get overtime but that means u can never make plans because they call you in the same day to come at work. Another bad thing is that no one gets a full time contract ,that's their policy . If u report the workplace issues there are no measure taking place therefore is much better keeping them for yourself.
