Great benefits. They spend money on their equipment.
Cons
It's sad to say but TRD has become a very dysfuntional company. The product (race engines) is mediocore at best and they don't even realize it. The management team is self-centered and will do anything to get ahead. This is not a place for people that want to work hard and share the rewards. The only people that get ahead here are the top level managers.
