Being part-time, as long as you hit 10 hours a week minimum, they will let you work whenever they are open—no requirements beyond that. The one time I had a pay issue, they resolved it within the week and issued me back-pay without being prompted.

Management is, at best, disconnected and out-of-touch, at worst, fully incompetent and approaching parody. The pay is underwhelming. There does not appear to be any meaningful direction. Decisions feel reactionary and rushed, yet execution is slow, bureaucratic, and often slows to such a degree that entire projects are lost to the whims of the next big reactionary project.
