Treat employee as good as they treat their machines - Machine Operator T.RAD North America Employee Review

Too much overtime. Machines break down because they dont fix them so you are forced to do maintaince job to keep working. Even as operator. 10 hour days and almost 7 days a week. Run you down and then once you break you are let go and replaced. Supposedly Japanese owned but if it is then I cant tell unless they are just there to grab profit. No Japanese innovation or semblance of efficiency.
