Management has preferential treatment towards employees. Witnessed a manager give a verbal warning to a male employee who utilized a racist slur, while a female employee was terminated for racist slur. (Both preferential and sexually motivated harassment). Witnessed a manager sexually harass a female employee and senior leaders did not abide by their own company policies terminating but instead gave preferential treatment for a minor infraction punishment. Managers are narcissistic and retaliate against employees who bring issues to light or bring accountability for their lack of experience/knowledge/behaviors. Managers have poor communication skills and hold grudges/vendettas against anyone who doesn't allow them to do as they please. Witnessed managers commit wage theft on government contracts for themselves and employee's who they preferred/favorited.
