Cons
1. The bad part is when you’re still lacking important need-to-know information and have to jump through hoops to get answers, especially since no one knows what they’re doing to begin with. 2. Since joining, training was a mess and only few that were hired actually gets acknowledged and treated like a human. 3. Scrum Leads have no background knowledge of technology the project are on and their only job is to send out emails and meeting invites. They have no say or call before PO and re ignorant of features, stories to take into sprints ultimately causing burndowns and rework at every sprint. No vision or planning causes fatigue in team which is already at war with each other due to ego. 4. Disrespect is a trait of every old employee here. They feel every joiner is a fresher whom we can abuse, troll or overload with work without knowing their role in the org. 5. The work culture wrt to hours, pay and benefits is diabolically bad.
