      Pros

      Team work is a big thing here and the people are mostly extremly friendly. In project you work together with people all around the world. A percentage of the salary is hold back and multiplied by a facter determined by the revenue of the company. This is payed in full after the first quarter of the year. In addition when you work here for more than 5 years (breaks are allowed) you have an entitlement of a pansion.

      Cons

      The company is very process driven and has problems in adapting to new technologies and procedures. This is reflected in technical procedures and tools used.

      Cons

      Decision-making can be slow due to large corporate structure. Salary growth may feel slower than at startups or U.S.-based tech companies.
