Pros
Some people have flexibility, since the manager allows it. It is not for everybody. The tecnical courses are not for everybody also. But how I had both I consider it a benefit.
Cons
Low salaries, unffair environment, doesn't pay courses for everybody (including when it is needed), doesn't help to pay postgraduation or MBA or english language courses. The company helps us with food, transport and health insurance, but I don't consider it benefits, but an employer obligation.
