      The location of the office is OK

      Cons

      Work culture is not so good, the managers do what they wish and the policies are not standard. People are made to do things that don't fall under their scope, HR policies are weak and they don't act as HR. In fact they don't even know what their role is. Managers decide whose salary to stop. HR don't even understand that which such a culture what future they are building for the company. Probably they will have to shut their operations again as they did in the past
