They offer academies to potential candidates, and it's very possible to receive a job offer based on your performance in it.
Cons
- Favoritism is rampant in the company. A single employee can get a hefty raise only for being the son of a manager. Conversely, competent employees have been fired for purely personal reasons. - It's very difficult for a contractor to become a full-time employee. Contractors earn a lower salary and have no perks at all. - Salaries are terrible. - Bad company culture. They tend to place the blame on others when anything happens. - Poor career advancement, especially in specific departments (Basis, Job Setup), where one may even think it's a dead-end job.
