      The job is flexible. There is good communication with management. Get to use hand tools and troubleshooting equipment. I get three weeks off a year, including sick leave.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a delay when I need help troubleshooting equipment.

      Overall, a great environment to work in. Plenty of challenges to take on. Mostly friendly people. Management really cares about the employees.

      Cons

      While they care about employees in many aspects, they do not provide the best salary. There can be some microaggressions from certain people.
