      Great Office and great people, specially the Admin team. The onboarding and training was really top class. Great hardware, technology and support staff.

      Cons

      No free parking (the irony)!

      Pros

      The job is flexible. There is good communication with management. Get to use hand tools and troubleshooting equipment. I get three weeks off a year, including sick leave.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a delay when I need help troubleshooting equipment.
