Despite its progressive veneer, my time working at T2 head office was the most blatant example of workplace bullying I’d ever experienced. In between seminars about positive mindsets and quaint morning teas, entire teams were a revolving door of hires and fires. Every other week I would come into work to find a new person sitting at the same desk, the last either quitting or booted for not tolerating such regular cruelty. Pointing any of this out very quickly made you persona non grata. This was all incredibly common place apparently - nothing to see here folks! It seemed HRs hands were tied every time overt bullying was reported, due to LTs commitment to protecting profits at all costs. Bullies were rewarded, protected and at worst - lightly asked to apologise. It’s a shame too, because some really really creative and cool people are holding T2 together despite it all.

Pros

The customer base was great to work with. Training was fairly simple and you got to learn many different sales techniques that let you progress further. You were taught a lot about the subject and during lockdown they took advantage of this and would have meetings via Teams so they could still pay us.

Cons

Unfortunately there weren't many hours, meeting the quota on slow days in a coffee centric area was difficult and they mostly sold loose leaf. There were no benefits for part-time even if they ended up working full-time hours.
