- Great people at one point before letting most of the company go - Flexibility for outside sales to work from home and in the field - Tried to be innovative but weren't committed to change just said it to appease employees and have something to tell prospective clients

- Constant restructuring made it impossible for anyone to achieve their sales quota - Operations was never able to meet promises to clients or even finish projects so sales people couldn't get paid until the rare project was actually completed - Too much politics and middle management to get anything into production - Had to sell the company on opportunities brought in just to have someone provide a quote that would take weeks then customers would move on - Let most of the staff in the company go specifically sales people that were owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in commission for projects that were brought in
