Good interview was positive at the beginning. Then things soon went downhill. Instructions were vague, internally clickyness, staff off sick, low morale, and people pushed beyond their limits.

Communication is their main issue. They dont train new staff make them feel welcome to get the best out of them. PMs are siloed and feedback on work is critical. They are trying to bite off more than they can chew.
