      Pros

      Busy. Open to new ideas. If you work well they will give you tons of hours. They allow you to learn new jobs. They offer direct deposit. They offer CTA pre-tax deferral.

      Cons

      Busy. Constantly want to give more responsibilities without increasing pay. They do not compensate for new responsibilities. They do not adhere to labor laws regarding breaks, overtime pay, exempt pay... Their HR department makes mistakes on paychecks constantly.
