      Pros

      Good healthcare, PTO and commission bonus structure. I loved the hours and the floating holiday/holidays off.

      Cons

      They will never be happy with your performance, and change policy all the time without notice. They will not take your issues seriously. I felt very disrespected when I would bring up inconsistencies in the leases and application agreements and get blown off and told to only honor what it says 'if the applicant asks'.
