- Very good technology stack with a modern architecture and tools - Highly qualified and knowledgeable devs, very high code standards and good agile practices - Mostly horizontal teams, very simple yet effective procedures and complete freedom to add value to your work, present new ideas, evaluate new technologies etc - Zero micromanagement and encouragement to being completely autonomous - Above-average pay for technical people - Amazing people overall, it feels like a family
Cons
- High work load sometimes - Demand for fixing issues and technical support after your work day due to the 24/7 nature of the business and different timezones of LATAM offices with no scheduled nor paid watch periods - Lack of remote working - Overall lack of staff (it needs 20-30% more people in most departments for everything to work better) - Average perks and office space (sponsored meals and nicer workspace would be an added bonus)
