Pros
Initial positive outlook until the owner became comfortable with expressing his toxic persona.
Cons
Far more cons that 'Pros*' Owner runs off employees and yells at his own clients. Owner has no technical background and attempted to guide and run technical projects. Meetings lasted for hours for such a small client base and then the next day he forget every detail. Unable recall conversations and details to meetings.
