-Flexibility in scheduling, sometimes -Job security if you can tolerate the drama
Cons
-Do not respect availability and location preferences, will often guilt you into taking more patients and/or traveling further away -Seriously lacking in supplies for nurses. I bought half my supplies with my own money -Minimal on-the-job training, and if you do need training, you won't be compensated for it -Zero benefits. They purposely hire their field staff as per diem so they don't have to pay benefits -No scheduled time or compensation for breaks, no reimbursement for gas and supplies. -Inefficient EMR and payroll systems -High staff turnover due to all these cons
