Upper management is not responsive, understanding, or cooperative. There are substantial communication issues between upper management and lower staff, which causes operational problems. Their education policy is built to enslave you. If you leave before two years, which you will since everybody leaves before that, you will be required to pay everything they paid for your education, so they don't support your education
