The environmental industry is a 24/7 non-stop industry where you’re always expected to be “on.” But TAS has way bigger problems than that. Management is disorganized and the bottom line is making a profit. Ed Genovese is hands down the worst CEO I have ever encountered. I have never seen someone so reactionary, as to being proactive, run a company. I don’t trust any leader who cannot keep their emotions in check and I have seen him lose control many times. Also, severely underpaid for my skills and experience.
