Pros
They pay well, the supervisors were helpful and ensured proper training for each client. Goals were easy to follow and collect data.
Cons
The communication with HR/office staff was poor, low hours for therapists, no sick pay accumulation unless full-time but would only give part-time hours. There was a lot of last minute cancellation with clients.
