Pros
Salary structure is decent and I could say they pretty much match industry standards. Though def not the best. Getting the TATA tag on your CV is definitely a good value add.
Cons
- Crazy Working Hours - Unsupportive Management - Unrealistic Expectations - No Plan to support employes keen to deliver. - Abusive and Derogatory treatment - No permanent office for Jr. Management or site employees (travelling from one location to another multiple times a day) - Made to lie to customers (projects are in pathetic shape and state, most permissions are missing and dates/amenities promised are false. You will be forced to lie through your teeth and the management will force you to give false information to customers to conclude sales) - Company Politics - No work life balance (your phone will ring at 11pm in the night and at 6am in the morning. Your expected to take all calls even if you returned home from office only at 10pm and have to report again at 8am. If you dare to not take calls your life will be made hell) - Hire and Fire policy (constant threats of being fired from your role are a common thing. In my work tenure of 1.5years, 3 Jr. Management employees were fired and 2 Sr. Managers were compelled to leave after being entangled into company politics.) basically I saw a completely turnover in the company work force as post these turn of events lot of my other colleagues and I moved out of the company within no time as we found a better option.
