Pros

There is nothing positive to state about this experience.

Cons

There is so much negativity in the contact center that management was required by HR to hold meetings to address the issues. Sadly, these meetings were basically used as a witch hunt and to inform staff to keep their mouths shut or else. Friends hired from a certain place of previous employment in common were given positions they are clearly unqualified to perform and are rigorously defended when they are wrong. One even makes no bones about if you are one of their favorites or not which is determined by if you are this person's drinking buddy or not after hours. No one appreciates seeing or being yelled at by this person in front of other associates; this person has even gone so far as to cause a female employee to weep openly in front of everyone else. Employees in training sessions are provided with play dough and other silly romper room childish like things which are insulting to most and completely unprofessional and inappropriate in an adult training environment. Also, don't expect your annual performance appraisal to accurately reflect your abilities and efforts; do expect to see some bold outright lies. You have to meet a $3500 deductible before your health insurance kicks in and starts paying a percentage even at that point. This company even went so far as to challenge unemployment compensation for the 42 employees they laid off in early 2017, which included laying off employees who exceeded their stats and keeping others that had never met stats, but could be controlled. They have no fear of lawsuits as you are forced to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment. Do yourself a huge favor and don't even think about putting yourself through such a toxic experience.

Pros

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Cons

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
