      Pros

      Growing corporation with lots of growth potential. Management team truly listened to your input. Very competitive incentive program. Team atmosphere all the way around. If you are willing to work and put in the time you will be rewarded. The hype is real. If you are a team player you will succeed. Positivity Rules.

      Cons

      Certain roles required lots of travel. It is a growing company and with that there are small growing pains. TBC operates 7 days a week which means your phone rings 7 days a week.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Some days get too busy unexpectedly.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
