Pros
Beneficial to learn professional animalistic survival skills in the workplace. This will allow you to move on and feel totally ready to conquer any other professional environment you encounter. Just don't repeat the behavior at your next job. Mid-level employees are really friendly.
Cons
Cold, political, backstabbing leadership. I have no idea how they lay their heads down at night and feel okay about themselves. Layoff after layoff, hiring freezes that require current employees to do more work, low-to-no merit increases. They have no care in the world how they are affecting their employees and their families. But they don't care. The few guys at the top will be just fine.
