Pros

I met a lot of good people due to the high turnover rate. Made a few good friends.

Cons

This corporation has many companies under its umbrella. The Utah branch has tried to merge 2 tire companies into 1. They scrapped the old management in favor of people who only knew how to handle a quarter of the business. They preach accountability which to them means write up and fire for any reason they can find. In management meetings, the director would demand to know why nobody had been written up that week. Then told us if we didn't start writing people up he would write us up or walk us out the front door. This job is VERY physical and the hour's people are made to work are ridiculous. I've seen 120+ hours for a two-week paycheck. You can't keep people let alone fire them in these conditions. We were always told we were overstaffed but I see nobody listened when it was said we need more people because they are now hiring under 2 different company names on every job board there is. This is the only job I have ever just walked off on and I had been there 15 years.

Pros

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Cons

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
