      There is a strong culture of team work here, my coworkers are friendly and knowledgeable. The products are high quality and the company is determined to be the best, they are dedicated to improvement and management is receptive and encouraging of feedback. The overall atmosphere is positive and passionate

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
