      Pros

      - Very competent management team, learn the ropes of running the business - The benefits are very competitive and even comes with 401k - You also get to enjoy the good services with your employee discounts - Good place to get managerial or administrative experience - Culture of working as a team - No politics, workloads are very manageable and distributed fairly - Merit based rewards program

      Cons

      Very little or nothing really to complain about. I’ve been working here for three years and I don’t see myself working anywhere else.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
