Pros
Easy application process, desperate for employees if you’re in dire need of a job. Cigna/allegiance healthcare once eligible. Personal time/vaca time once eligible.
Cons
Disorganized corporate. Employees questions/concerns often go unanswered. Someone at corporate is always trying to refer you to another department stating it’s “not their job”. Lack of motivation in management. High turnover rate. WILL TAKE LUNCHES/HOURS FROM PAY THAT YOU ACTUALLY WORKED. Multiple open lawsuits within the company from current and previous employees. Has messed up my pay multiple times, tried to cut my paycheck (didn’t compensate me for bonus/part of my pay plan) thinking I wouldn’t notice I didn’t receive most of my full work weeks check because I was on maternity leave at the time the check went out. Never compensated me for their error. Different departments for every question, often leading you in circles over one singular problem so that they can avoid fixing an error or answering a question. States they require a 55hour work week to be eligible for bonus, even though bonus is worked into the pay plan you sign when accepting job offer. Tried to get me to cut my maternity leave short because they didn’t bring in anyone to cover me for 6 weeks. Was pressured to quickly return while healing from a cesarean section, or else my position at a store I had been with for 3 years would be given to another employee and I would be moved to a different location at POSSIBLY a different position if there wasn’t an opening at my current rank upon returning from an approved FMLA/Short term disability leave.
