Pros

The company is ok, CEO, CFO, Executive leaders outside of IT seem like they know what they are doing. The company holds payday breakfasts and gives out monthly awards to nominated employees. We get an update every 4-6 months on the company health.

Cons

On the other hand we have the IT department, it is a downhill rolling train fire. As the saying goes, "If the fish stinks cut off the head". There are to many things wrong with the IT department that have been fostered over the past 8 years. Employees are penalized if they test Covid positive by being forced to use pto days even if well enough to work from home. This is forcing IT workers to come into the office when sick. Company just announced best revenue in history and gave employees pennies as a reward. It is plain to see this company does not value the IT department.

Pros

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Cons

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
