Corporate office truly cares for the employees in the field, and will always listen to any complaint, or new idea. The pay is very competitive to comparable companies, and they provide company vehicle, computer & cellphone reimbursement.
Cons
Very structured, and employees are held to a very high standard, morally and ethically. If you are used to a company environment that is more loose and carefree, this probably isn't the organization for you.
