Pros
- Great co-workers. You'll get to meet some of the most creative hardworking people in the industry. - You get to work in the YouTube world - Projects change very fast so it can be very exciting.
Cons
- No clear communication from upper management - Certain teams lack good communication which is obviously hurting the company - Not enough praises for the wins - CEO often preaches letting go of ego and being open to new ideas but doesn't put it into action. - Constant business strategy changes from high up - Not willing to take risks to stand out - No job stability unless you work your way into the higher ups inner circle or have been at the company for 3+ years already.
