      Team comradery Businesses attitude towards employees Understanding of work life balance Great benefits Modern and technologically up to date Frequent reflections on employee experience Superiors who listen to your feedback and what could be done better

      Cons

      Overtime ebbs and flows but due to demand it can get quite intense for a couple of weeks depending on where you are in the business, but the appreciation for it is present
