Cons
- Little to none employee benefits: 7 days of AL, no OT pay, no 13th month, no performance bonus, no medical insurance, meagre annual medical claim. - Very disorganized and always likes to make last-minute change. Likes to oversell to customers and makes the team to struggle to produce what he wants. - Boss always thinks he is right and rarely listens to employees' opinions (as he always talks over you). - Extremely shorthanded. Company has less than 10 staff (including management, which is only 2 people). You will most likely be asked to work on weekends. - Slow growth, your salary raise will be based on the “market", not your performance/achievement.
