Pros

- You're hired into the company and assigned to a project, not simply hired for a project - A strong belief in teamwork and cooperation - Truthful communication directly from management - Senior management interest in each individual employee - Big enough to be stable, provide opportunities, and have interesting challenges yet retain small company interpersonal culture - When you're asked for your opinion, your actual opinion is desired - Fellow employees (all the way through senior management) are the kind of people you'd want as neighbors - the culture is great - Process and communication centricism is balanced and proportional - Things are always done for the right reason which builds lots of confidence and belief in the company

Cons

Suspect the interpersonal and one-on-one interaction between senior management and each individual employee will become more challenging as the company continues to grow.

Thanks for your feedback. Our core values -- to be fair, honest, and open; collaborative; and intelligent; and to prove our value -- are what make our culture strong. We understand that, with growth, some of what makes small businesses great can dissipate. However, our culture is built on a strong foundation that we believe will only get stronger as we add team members who share the same values.

Pros

I worked as a Training Specialist supporting federal training initiatives and had a very positive experience overall. The organization maintained a professional and collaborative environment where leadership was approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in both customer success and employee support. One of the company’s strengths was its ability to operate effectively within a complex federal environment while maintaining flexibility and strong communication across teams. Employees were trusted to take ownership of their responsibilities, and individuals who demonstrated initiative were often given opportunities to contribute beyond the boundaries of their formal roles. The work was meaningful, team collaboration was strong, and management maintained professionalism during periods of organizational and contractual transition.

Cons

Cons Like many federal contracting environments, long-term stability can sometimes be influenced by contract cycles and government funding timelines. Processes occasionally evolved during active projects, requiring adaptability from staff.
