      Pros

      Makes sure employees are motivated by offering gym memberships and healthy snacks. Everyone is very friendly and there are a wide variety of positions.

      Still small but is always growing.

      I love there is opportunity to grow and they do pay well.

      Cons

      The management has a very "Bro" mentality. Micro managed and the slackers don't get in trouble. Makes it hard to not get burnt out.
