Pros
Family oriented company in the hydraulic and industrial hose business. The owner and founder of the company treats every employee with the same amount of respect. Whether you are a 20 year veteran or a temporary employee on his/her first day, he treats everybody the same. Good, hard work is rewarded with raises and recognition.
Cons
A few of the longer tenured employees smoke inside of the facility. It is frustrating to all the other employees due to the fact that there are signs posted all over the building stating that it is illegal. Also it stinks up the work stations of employees trying to work.
