      Free Chocolate, fun atmosphere, met some amazing people, great Management to work with. Enriching job opportunity. Great global impact, and great company values.

      Cons

      HIgher-ups would not consider promotion / give raise when taking on new responsibilities for the company. Was working more than 40 hours a week and working 3 different positions for the company getting paid for one.

      Pros

      Hiring managers do a good job hiring a team. I enjoyed the products, coworkers, and ethics of the company. The best part of my experience was working with fellow sales associates.

      Cons

      The operations were not very dynamic. Lack of communication from upper management to the retail crew. A lot of sitting around.
