Mental health clinician - Anonymous employee TCMP Health Services Employee Review

TCMP was the contracting company with the U.S. Army for my employment overseas.

Some of their contract policies were not specific enough, leading to interpretation or misinformation. Also their help in securing overseas accommodations were non-existent.

I really can't think of anything at the moment

The management at this company is terrible. They will change benefits and pay if they feel like they want to, with little notice. Change office policies depending on their mood, show very noticeable favoritism to certain employees, and go through employees desks when they are not there. Also, yelling, screaming and cursing can be heard from behind closed doors from upper management. The environment here is unprofessional and toxic.
